Job Overview:
As an SEO Specialist at GreyBath Technology Pvt Ltd, you will be integral to our team, enhancing our visibility and search presence across major search engines. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop effective SEO strategies that drive traffic and engagement. This role combines aspects of marketing, analytics, and creativity to improve and maintain the ranking of our websites and maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic.
Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance the organic search presence and achieve top rankings on major search engines.
- Keyword Research: Perform detailed keyword research on a regular basis to determine potential targets for increased traffic and sales. This includes identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor sites and search rankings to identify SEO trends and effective strategies. Use this analysis to refine and adjust our strategy.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy. Ensure that all website content is SEO-friendly and aligned with the latest search engine algorithms and updates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on overall SEO performance and key metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and ranking positions using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- PPC Campaigns: Assist in the management and optimization of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to complement organic search efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization with a strong track record of improving search rankings.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Work Environment:
