Job Overview:
GreyBath Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai requires a motivated and experienced individual capable of managing various projects across our technology spectrum. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, managing changes, and reporting on project progress to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to track progress and align project objectives with business goals. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Scope Management: Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Balance the constraints of project scope, time, and cost to deliver projects successfully.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects. Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure timely resolution and effective risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven working experience in project management, particularly within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of project management techniques and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Work Environment:
This hybrid position requires you to work from our Mumbai office and remotely. This flexible arrangement allows for a balance of in-office collaboration with the convenience of working from home, accommodating the needs of dynamic project management.
