Job Overview:
GreyBath Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. This role is crucial for managing the operations of our e-commerce platforms, including overseeing inventory, managing shipments, and ensuring the smooth operation of supply chains. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce operations and be skilled in forecasting and logistics management.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory and Logistics Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of products. Ensure that all aspects of inventory and logistics are handled efficiently.
- Forecasting: Accurately forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS) scenarios, optimizing inventory levels based on historical data and market trends.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments, address any delays, and communicate effectively with suppliers and shipping partners to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, coordinating tasks both remotely and in-office as required.
Work Environment:
This part-time position requires a hybrid working setup, where you will be expected to work from our Mumbai office and remotely. This flexible arrangement is designed to fit professional needs while facilitating effective management and oversight of e-commerce operations.
